The new NEXUS Wireless Counter is ready for
sale! This product is designed for retailers who do not
have Cross Point antennas in all their shops yet, but want to start
counting visitors from today on. Of course it is also
useful for any other situation where visitor
counters are used; in front of elevators, escalators or in a
back entrance.
They even work together with the same CrossCONNECT Access Point
where all Cross Point CrossCONNECT enabled antennas are already
connected to. Just add the Wireless Module to the Access Point to
create visitor counting solutions in these stores.
Main features are:
- Bi-directional visitor counting
- Scalable wireless network up to 16 counters per receiver
- Visitor counting reports
- Entrance blocked detection
- CrossCONNECT enabled
Available are also the CrossCONNECT Repeater, which is a
wireless range extender, and especially designed
stands for the counters. Please note that the first
counters that are shipped now are not battery powered. Battery
support will be introduced later through a firmware update.
