Cross Point Device Explorer
Providing quick and adequate service is important for
customer satisfaction. In order to achieve the highest possible
service level, our products are serviced through the internet. No
more waiting for technicians to arrive and no more technicians
occupying space in the store's entrance.
Cross Point Device Explorer enables configuration of our
CrossCONNECT products locally as well as remotely. The intuitive
user-interface displays all information required for proper product
tuning and configuration.
For local configuration, just connect to the in-store
CrossCONNECT Access Point and you can start system
configuration.
For remote service, just connect your laptop to the internet,
start Device Explorer and an overview of all your stores will be
presented.
Please note that Device Explorer requires a CrossCONNECT Access
Point to be installed in the store and this Access Point must be
connected to the internet.
